PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
MA1000 series digital MEMES accelerometer is a silicon-based MEMES inertial sensor with high performance, high reliability and domestic production, featuring lower noise, higher stability, good repetitiveness, low non-linearity, low temperature drift and vibration resistance. The MA1000 series MEMS accelerometers contain internal temperature sensors and support on-chip temperature compensation.
